Refund policy

Subscriptions
You can cancel a RiskBorne subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds
Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded except where the law requires it or where we have failed to provide the service you paid for. If you believe you were charged in error, write to us within 30 days and we will put it right.
How to cancel or ask
Cancel from your workspace billing settings, or write to hello@riskborne.com and we will handle it. Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method.
