How we ask

On your first visit a banner offers three equally prominent choices: accept all, reject non-essential, or manage preferences. Nothing non-essential loads until you choose. Your choice is stored on your device against this policy version; if the policy materially changes, the version changes and we ask again.

The four categories

• Strictly necessary. Delivering pages, protecting forms from abuse, and remembering your cookie choice. Always on.
• Functional. Optional conveniences such as an embedded booking calendar.
• Analytics. Usage measurement that helps us improve the site.
• Marketing. Advertising pixels used for ad measurement.

Third-party services this site loads

The site loads no analytics or marketing services today. The categories exist in your preferences so that, if one is ever added, it will load only after you have granted that category.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page to reopen the preference center at any time. If you withdraw a category after it has run, we stop loading it immediately; cookies that a third-party service has already set expire according to that vendor's own policy — we cannot delete them for you, but your browser controls (below) can.

Browser controls

Every modern browser lets you view, delete, and block cookies and site data in its privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent sign-in and form protection from working.
