Who we are
RiskBorne provides software that assesses whether AI agents meet the requirements insurance carriers underwrite against. This policy explains what we do with information collected through this site and through the RiskBorne service.
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us. When you book a demo or run a scan, we collect your name, work email, company, role, and what you tell us about the AI agents you are deploying or insuring. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
- Basic analytics. Standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and referring site. We use this to understand how the site is used. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to provide the service, to contact you about it, and to understand what kinds of organisations need it. We use analytics to improve the site. We do not use your information for automated decisions that affect you, and your scan data is never used to train models.
We do not sell personal data
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers who host our site, database, analytics, and email on our behalf, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and scan information for as long as we are working with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Write to hello@riskborne.com and we will act on the request.
Security
We store submissions in an access-controlled database and limit access to the people who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated to people who have given us their email address.
Important notice
RiskBorne provides software and risk information; it is not an insurance carrier or licensed producer and does not provide insurance advice.
